This protocol guides the exchange of information between staff from Corrections Victoria, Child Protection and Aboriginal Children in Aboriginal Care (ACAC) providers to promote the best interests and wellbeing of children who participate in the Living with Mum program and support assessment and decision making in respect to applications from women who seek to have their children reside with them in prison.
