Historical abuse in care - Guidelines

The Guide for Undertaking Inquiries and Investigations For Matters Involving Care of Past or Current Child Protection clients exists to assist staff from the department and Community Service Organisations with decision making and activities associated with undertaking inquiries and investigations of concerns about: the care provided to Child Protection clients; and those clients who were in the care of the Department and its predecessors and / or a CSO; and those matters outside of CIMS reporting and incident management requirements.
