The Client Visit Case Note has been enhanced and is now required for use for every visit to a child.

Client Visits occur when a practitioner has (or intends to have) direct face to face contact with a child and intentionally observes, interacts or engages with them.

Client visits are to be purposeful, including a focus on engaging the child, achieving the permanency objective and working through the goals and tasks identified in the case plan.

See Client visit policy for further information.
