Child Protection Wellbeing Program

Fact sheet, Wellbeing

The Child Protection Wellbeing Program (CPWP) is designed to strengthen the mental health of Victoria's child protection workforce and build a safe and secure workplace.

The CPWP provides positive strategies for child protection practitioners and managers to help manage stress and other challenges, and to foster self-care and resilience both at work and in their lives more generally.

The work of the program is underpinned by the Child protection mental health and wellbeing plan 2024–2025 (the plan) which helps us meet our commitment to support and protect the mental health and wellbeing of the child protection workforce.

Details about the program are contained in the attached fact sheet.
